G.W. BARTLETT, general superintendent of the Buffalo, Rochester & Pittsburgh Railroad Company at Bradford, Penn.. was born in Portsmouth, N. H.. August 20, 1856, a son of James P. and Frances (Harris) Bartlett, natives of New Hampshire, and of English descent.
