    On Wednesday morning the 31st of last month, died at New London, after a long illness, in the 43d year of her age, Mrs. Frances Saltonstall, wife of Captain Dudley Saltonstall, of that city, and a daughter of the late Hon. Joshua Babcock, Esq. of Westerly, in this State - a lady most deservedly esteemed, and as sincerely lamented, by a large circle of acquaintance in this place.
