Forest was b. Sept 17,1890, Buckskin Twp., Ross Co., OH and d. aft 1957. He md. Clariel Smith in 1917. They had one known daughter, Blanche. They were in the 1920 census in Jackson, Pickaway Co., OH. He was a farm laborer. In 1930, they were in Chillicothe, Ross Co. He was a Beader in a Paper Mill

Blanche, b. May 1927, OH, d. 1999. She is buried in Morganfield, Union Co., KY.

Blanche had a son by a man named Kyvig. They never married. She later md. Charles Vetter and had 3 more sons.
