year and the use of a house
from her husband's £4,000 es
tate, today sought an increased
allowance before Mr. Justice
Mayo in the Supreme Court.
Florrie Etheldreda Traeger, of
Smith-Dorrien avenue, Galway
Estate, applied under the Testa
tor's Family Maintenance Act
for provision from the estate
of her husband, Conrad Albert
Traeger, who died on March 10,
1947.
Mrs. Traeger set out in an
affidavit that her husband had
left her and also nine children
of his former marriage.
He left her the use of a house
and £1/10/ a week. The rest of
his estate, he left to his chil
dren.
She estimated the estate at
about £4,138. Her income, in
cluding an annuity was £129 a
year.
