Obituary

Gnadenhutten--Mrs. Benjamin (Florence) Metzger, 69, or RD 1 died of leukemia Monday night in Canton Aultman Hospital.

Born at Goshen, a daughter of the late William and Jane Fairless Loveday, she was a member of the Sharon Moravian Church.

Surviving in addition to her husband are two sons and a daughter, John of RD 1, here, Mrs. Milo (Gloria) Houmard of Orrville and Benjamin of Grand Rapids, Mich,; three brothers and a sister, Carl of New Philadelphia, Clifford and Mrs. John (Emma) Garver of Tuscarawas and John of Stone Creek; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Two brothers and two sisters preceded her in death.

Services will be Thursday at 1 p.m. in Botimer Funeral Home with Rev. Gordon Stoltz officiating. Burial will be in the Sharon Moravian Church Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9.
