Cobb, Fleming - entered service 1791 & 1793 in Kanawha County, Virginia, for Indian War service; no Revolutionary War service; born 12/1767 in Buckingham County, Virginia; moved in 1787 to Albemarle County, Virginia, then in 1789 to Kanawha County, Virginia; granted Bounty Land Warrant abt. age 66 there in 1833; died there 1/10/1846; married there 1/10/1796 to Sally Morris; widow granted Bounty Land Warrant there in 1854 abt. age 79, & resided there in 1855 abt. age 81. R586.
