FERN B. HENKALINE 98, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away Sunday December 25, 2005. She was born in Rossburg, Ohio, she resided in Dayton, Ohio before moving to Jacksonville in 1997. Fern was a loyal member of the Ohmer Park United Methodist Church of Dayton and was a member of the Quilting Club. Fern was preceded in death by her husband Stanley; daughter, Janet Vickers; granddaughter, Diane Tate and great grandson, Marcus Adams; brothers, All & Russ Hittle; a sister, Pauline Booghire. She is survived by her sons, Don & Alice of Sun City, Florida, Robert & Jane of Medway, Ohio; a daughter, Barbara & Claude Hoops of Jacksonville; sisters, Lavina Dempsey of Dayton, Ohio and Leona Haacke of Pinellas Park, Florida; eleven grandchildren; twenty-two great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Friday December 30, 2005 at the TROSTEL-CHAPMAN FUNERAL HOME, New Carlisle, Ohio. Burial at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. Visitation one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
