FERN HARSHMAN, 78, of Phoenix, a homemaker, died Aug. 23, 1994. She was born in Van Wert, Ohio. Survivors include her husband, Robert E.; daughters, Rebecca Anderson and Deborah Alyea; a son, Bobby Hart; brother, Clayton Goodwin; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Services: 11 a.m. Friday, Biltmore Church of the Nazarene, 5604 N. 24th St. Contributions: Sunshine Acres Childrens Home, 3405 N. Higley Road, Mesa, AZ 85215. Mortensen Kings Mortuary.
