    -22 Aug 1767 Job Tripp of Exeter, yeoman, to son Ezekiel Tripp of Exeter, husbandman, 100 Acres bounded: my grandson Job Tripp, Beaver River, John Hoxsie, grantor. Witnesess: Gideon Mosher and Ichabod Mosher. [Exeter Land: 10:243-244]
    -16 May 1776 Ezekiel Tripp & Mary his wife both of Exeter for £48 15s to Benjamin Lawton of Exeter, yeoman, and that did belong to our father Benjamin Lawton of Exeter, yeoman, deceased 2 tracts. First bounded: highway, Jonathan Bates Jr., Pardon Tillinghast, David Greene, grantee, Samuel Sweet, George Nichols, with dwelling house & barn. Also land bounded: Cornelius Clarke, David Greene, Pardon Tillinghast. Both tracts contain 100 acres. Witnesses: George Peirce, Mary Peirce. [Exeter Land p. 438]
