•"Ezekiel Smith of said Bennington in the State of Vermont"
quitclaim to Uriel Smith "whole of the Lands occupied by said Solomon Smith, deceased".
[Apparently son Solomon left out here, but named in second paragraph "the said Susannah, Solomon, Ebenezer and Susannah, Amos & Ezekiel", and he signed as well.]
