Probate

In the Name of God Amen I Ezekiel Allen of Cambridge in the County of Middlesex and Commonwealth of Massachusetts Husbandman being weak in body but of perfect mind & memory Calling to mind the mortality of my body and knowing that it is appointed unto all men once to die, do make and ordain this my last will & Testament, that is to say, principaly and above all I Commend my Soul into the hands of that god that gave it and my body I recommend to the earh by a decent Christian burial at the discretion of my Exeuctors And as touching such worldly estate as it hath pleased God to bless me [with] in this life, I dispose of in the following manner viz't -

First my will is that all my Just debts and funeral Charges be paid as soon as Conveniently may be after my decease.

Secondly I give and bequeath unto Sarah Allen my beloved wife all the Residue and remainder of my Estate of any kind; And I do hereby Constitute make and ordain my Said wife sole Executrix of this my last will and Testament. And I do hereby utterly disallow, revoke and disanul All and every other wills and Testament by me made Ratifying and Confirming this and no other to be my last will and Testament - In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this third day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand Seven hundred and ninety two.
