    Eva married Simon Price Sears on Feb 12, 1888 by the minister of their church. Wedding was originally planned for Valentine's day but their minister was not going to be available that day so they changed it to the 12th. Eva could not have children and so she and Simon ran a rather large farm until they died in their 70s.
