    [Note: the memorial page gives a birth of 5 Apr 1740 in Warwick, RI, but identifies no parents. No such birth is listed in the Warwick births (Source:Arnold, James N. Vital Record of Rhode Island, 1636–1850, Vol. 1, part 1, p. 185, 191). Comparing to William's gravestone, which has an age at death and his birth is known, it appears there is an 11 day allowance for the calendar shift, so this calculates to about 5 Apr 1740.]
