"Esther (Burwell), bapt. (Minsden Chapel) 7 Aug. 1625; probably m. Robert Denison of Milford and Newark, who d. at Newark, 1671-2 leaving widow Hester [Esther], son John and four daughters. The son John Denison (c. 1655-1694) left a will which named as executors his mother Hester and 'loving cousen John Brown.' The latter was John2 Brown, whose mother was Mary Burwell.
