Obituary ERNEST E. PAINTER IS TAKEN BY DEATH 

  Ernest E. Painter, 50, died from a heart attack Friday afternoon at this home, 1346 Sigsbee st., SE.  Mr. Painter had been employed for the past three years as engineer at the Kroger dairy and prvious to that had been engineer at Blodgett Memorial hospital.  He had lived most of his life in Grand Rapids.
 He leaves his widow, Beatrice, a son, Corporal Graham E. Painter, stationed in Trinidad, two daughters, Mrs. Vivian Laug and Miss LaVerne Marie Painter; a brother, Roy, of this city, and four sisters, Mrs. Leola Baker of Grand Rapids, Mrs. Pearl Woodman and Mrs. Charlotte Chandler of Lansing and Mrs. Ethel Harmon of Philadelphia.
 Funeral arrangements will be announced later.
