Obituary

 Eardley O. Brickley, aged 78, of 1510 Hillsdale Ave., a retired carpenter, died of a heart ailment at his home at 7 p.m. Monday.  He had been ill three days.
 Mr. Brickley was born in Austintown Jan. 1, 1870, a son of Levi and Margaret Jones Brickley.  He formerly worked as a carpenter and inspector in the carpenter shop at Carnegie-Illinois Steel Corporation and retired in September, 1932.  He was a member of St. Paul's Evangelical and Reformed Church.  His wife, the former Anna Strouss, died in November, 1946.
 Mr. Brickley leaves a sister, Mrs. Charles Mullikin of Springfield, Mo., and a brother-in-law, Dr. H. E. Blott of Youngstown.
 Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the King Funeral Home, where friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday.
