    Vol. 69, p. 162: The Acco't of Henry Dewing Adm'r on estate of Ephraim Dewing late of Needham Yeoman deceased intestate shows balance of £21:12:8, to be distributed double share to Moses Dewing "eldest Son", single share to Henry, Mehettable, Esther, elizabeth and Ebenezer.
    Vol. 69, p. 377 22 Nov 1770: By decree the Distribution of Personal Estate of Ephraim Dewing late of Needham Yeoman deceased intestate was divided between the Heirs as Children of the intestate instead of Brothers and Sisters, therefore revoke said Order, and divided equally between Moses, Henry, Mehettable Ester Elizabeth and Ebenezer Dewing.
