I have seen errors on both stones and death certificates. Died in Springfield Babtist Hospital of demential conditions, attempted suicide, contaracted pneumonia. Parents L N and Anna E [Sheppard] Hill, both of OH. Informant Joshua Delo of Springfield, MO. Interred in Maple Park Cemetery May 24, 1933. J W Klingner & Co. Funeral Home.

Suggested edit: You mentioned in your Bio that there could be errors. Another error on either headstone or death record . Death Record states death as the 22nd & burial on the 24th (also filed on the 24th). Gravestone shows the 26th.
