Valley Woman Dies In Hospital Mrs. Emma Jane Heffron, mother of Mrs Myrtle Lilienthal of Yountville and a resident of the upvalley community since 1950, died last night at Parks Victory Memorial Hospital. She was 88. Born in the Glen of Arehlo County, Tipperary, Ireland, Mrs. Heffron moved to Buffalo when she was 17. Before coming to Yountville, she resided for many years at Anaconda, Mont., and in Oakland. She was a member of Cpl. Edward J. Green Auxiliary 1020, V.F.W., and Charles King Auxiliary 124, U.S.W.V., both of the Veterans Home. Survivors, in addition to her daughter, are a son, Robert Delaney of Trinity Alps; two grandsons, William and Robert Lilienthal of Yountville; a great-grandson, Joseph Lilienthal of Yountville; nieces and nephews, Mrs. Agnes Franey of Oakland, Robert Cordial of Napa, and Mrs. Norman Hunter of Whittier; and a brother, Patrick Burke of Anaconda, Mont. Funeral services will be at 8:30 a. m. Monday at the Treadway and Wigger Garden Chapel, thence to St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church. Yountville, where a Requiem Mass will be offered at 9 o'clock. Interment will be in St. Helena Catholic Cemetery. Recitation of the Rosary will be at 8 p. m. Sunday in the Treadway and Wigger chapel.

Mrs. Emma Heffron Dies in California ANACONDA Mrs. Emma Heffron well known former Anaconda restaurant operator, died Saturday at Yountville, Calif., where she had been making her home with a daughter, Mrs. Myrtle Delaney Lillianthal. She had been in ill health for the last several years. Born in County Tipperary, Ireland, she came to Anaconda in 1890. Her first husband, William Delaney, died here in 1906. She married D. D. Heffron in 1918. Mr. Heffron died several years ago in Oakland, Calif. Mrs. Heffron built and operated the Cherry apartments at Cherry and Commercial, in addition to operating a restuarant for many years before leaving for California. She had visited with relatives here annually until recent years. In addition to her daughter in Yountville, she is survived by a son, Emmett Delaney, San Francisco; a brother,Patrick Burke, Anaconda, and several nephews and nieces including Mrs. Josepn McCabe, William H. Gardner and James Gardner, principal of the Junior high school, all of Anaconda. Funeral services and burial will be conducted in California.
