Emma Bradley was baptised on 4th July 1824 at Aston Cantlow in Warwickshire, daughter of Alice Bradley, formerly Mitchell, and her husband William Bradley, a labourer. The family lived at Wilmcote in the east of the parish rather than in Aston Cantlow village itself. Sadly Emma died when she was only three months old.
