    Vol. 54, p. 148 24 Aug 1768: Elnathan Holmes of Plymouth Mariner for £20 convey to Ephraim Spooner, Lemuel Jackson & Ebenezer Nelson of Plymouth a dwelling house and garden not adjoined, in Plymouth, and for £12 also the easterly part of a house and garden at Hobbs Hole in Plymouth which fell to him from his late Father Elnathan Holmes deceased, morgaged to John Churchill jun'r. Also signed by Bathsheba the wife of the said Elnathan in Token of her relinguishing her right of dower.
    Vol. 81, p. 78 reverse 12 Oct 1796: Elnathan Holmes & Barshaba Holmes his wife, Patience Holmes, Lydia Everson, Joanna Burbank & Joseph Burbank all of Plymouth & Kingston, & Abner Holmes of Kingston for $11.33 convey to Elnathan Holmes Ju'r of Plymouth Cordwainer all interest in land set to our grandfather Samuel Nellson, and one quarter of which was given to our Mother who was his daughter; also our right to land laid out to our great grandfather George Morton.
