Obituary 

   ELMER H. HORTON     Elmer H. Horton, 69, of 1711 Rockport, died Saturday at Mercy Hospital.
   He was born Aug. 19, 1907, at Afton, and was married to Irene Stanley Sept 19, 1956, in Janesville.  She died in 1971.
   Mr. Horton was a self-employed carpenter for some time and then an employee of the Janesville Department of Public Works parks division for 10 years, retiring in 1976.
   Surviving are two brothers, Frank, Gaylord, Ore., and George, Woodville, Wash.
   Services are at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in Murphy-Wisch Funeral Home, with burial in Fulton Cemetery.
 Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 8 tonight.
