This is Francis 3d, and p. 62 of Truro VRs records birth of son Francis to "francis the 3rd and Elizabeth Smalley" on 2 May 1760. [Older children of Francis 3rd are recorded on p. 63, filling the gap between this date and the marriage in 1743. Francis Jr and Elizabeth Smalley have children on p. 79 and 80, spanning the years 1752-1768. It is Francis Jr and his wife that are buried in the Old North Cemetery.]
