    Before her retirement, she was a nurse's aide and caregiver in hospitals and private homes at Bremerton and Port Angeles,

    She was a longtime member of Eastern Star and attended Joyce Bible Church.
    She was preceded in death by her husband, Ted Phipps.

    Services: None. Drennan-Ford Funeral Home, Port Angeles, is in charge of arrangements.
