"… Elizabeth² Manwaring, born about 1663, who died [New London] on 17 August 1720, aged 57, daughter of Oliver¹ and Hannah (Raymond) Manwaring. … Son Thomas Harris was appointed on 11 October 1720 as administrator for the estate of his mother, Mrs. Elizabeth Harris. … In June 1721, the court ordered distribution of the balance of Mrs. Elizabeth Harris's estate, £255 9d., to the five daughters: Elizabeth, Mercy, Hannah, Mary, and Martha. Samuel Harris, 'eldest son.' entered an appeal."
