William was son of Bollar McClung and Elizabeth Wallace. It has been reported that William died 1862 in Little Rock Ark., probably a civil war casualty.

This may be a double marker with William; the marker has been toppled over and it is too heavy to turn over to determine if there is engraving on the back. It is not known if his remains were returned to Henry Co. MO.
