    -February 2, 1760 Ephraim Aylesworth appt guardian to Elizabeth Foster, daughter to Caleb Foster decd. Bondsmen William Petty & Joshua Rathbone. [Richmond TCP 1:278]
    -September 7, 1761 Elizabeth Foster, daughter of Caleb, chose father-in-law [step-father], Jabez Tucker to be guardian. [Richmond TCP 1:352]
    -March 24, 1761 Received of Anner Alesworth Admin. to the Personal Estate of Robert Alesworth of Exeter late decd the sum of 28-2-6 old Tenor as a Legacy Due to Elizabeth Foster Infant out of the Personal Estate of the sd Robert Aylesworth, received by me ---- Ephraim Alesworth, guardian. Witnesses: David Stanton & Benjamin Potter. Receipt presented to Council Dec 8, 1761 & approved.
