... His brother, Bartholomew Dupuy, Jr., married Mary Motley in Virginia, and came to Woodford County at the time the Rev. John came, but he only lived a few years after taking residence in the county, dying in 1790. His will, giving the names of his children and devising his estate, bearing date June 5th, 1790, is recorded in the office of the county court. His children who married 1n the county were,

- Martha who. married Col. Abraham Owen, who lost his life at Tippecanoe, and
- Elizabeth who married Mr. Fogg.
