    14 Apr 1742: William Dummer of Newbury Esq'r, and John Powell of Boston Merchant with Anna his wife sister of said William, for £5 paid by Daniel Rogers of Littleton and for divers other causes quitclaim until Daniel Rogers and Elizabeth his wife the late widow of our Brother Samuel Dummer Late of Wilmington Esq'r Dec'd and mother of Elizabeth Dummer a minor Dec'd, only child and heir of the said Samuel Dummer and to heirs of said Elizabeth Rogers all right to 232 acres in Wilmington, a tract in Leicester of 1000 acres Samuel's part in our father's estate, a tract in Worcester Gore between Oxford and Brookfield about 300 acres, and all other lands he owned at the time of his Death, and one third part of land in Northfield which belonged to our Brother Jeremiah Dummer Esq'r Decea'd given to Elizabeth Dummer by his will.
