In the Name of God amen, I Elizabeth Gore of the State of South Carolina in Chester County being weak in body but in perfect mind memory and Considering that all flesh is mortal and much yeld [yield] do Death do make this my Last will and testament ~ first to Commit my Soul to the almighty God who have it and my body to be Decently laid into the ground at the Descretion of my Executors my lawful debts to be Duly paid and my Estate and Ef[f]ects & Bequeath and dispose of in manner & form following viz.
first to be well belove son James Mannin Gore I Leave and Bequeath one shilling sterling
I leave and bequeath to my well Beloved son Clement Gore one shilling sterling
I leave and bequeath to my well beloved son Michael Gore one shilling sterling
I leave and bequeath to my well beloved son John Ashford Gore one Shilling Sterling.
I leave and bequeath to my well beloved son Joshua Gore one shilling sterling
I leave and bequeath to my well beloved son Elezar Gore all the money he ows [owes] me about twenty seven pounds sterling.
I Leave and bequeath to Sarah Worrell my Spinning wheel and Cotton Carde? and one small feather Bed and the furniture belonging to it and likewise the things of a web of Cloth that is now in the house and the Remainder or of the Same to Eleazer Gore a Full? the Rest of my movable Estate Consisting of Stock and household furniture Except my wearing Clothes I leave and bequeath daughter Mary Sanders Easterwood and Elisabeth Noland to be Equally divided among them & my wearing Clothes I leave and bequeath to my two Grand Daughters Lillinda Gore, Eliz__ Sanders and Sarah Worrall to be Equally divided between the three and Do hereby annomenate and appoint my sons John Ashford Gore & Eleazer Gore my whole and sole Executors of this my last will and testament and I do hereby Revoke disallow and disannul former bequeaths wills and testaments by me heretofore any will left or made declaring Rattifying and confirming this and no [other] to be my last will and testament in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal in witness whereof ___ hereunto set my hand & seal this twenty fifth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and Eighty Eight.
