Elizabeth Campbell married Gabriel Bennett, the eldest son of Adam and Hannah Bennett. Gabriel's father Adam Bennett was formerly enslaved on Magnolia Plantation in Charleston, South Carolina. According to Gabriel's World War I Draft Registration, they lived at 6 Bogard Street, Charleston, SC (about 1917 through 1919).
