BRUER, Elizabeth [Brewer. CT.R.], d. Nathan, [born] May 22, 1661.
We know Elizabeth married a Mr. Smith from her father's will. No marriage record is found. Torrey lists as a possible wife of Asahel Smith or Matthias Smith. Asahel Smith is covered in Source:Dedham Historical Register (Dedham Historical Society), Vol. 8, p. 38. He had a wife named Elizabeth lived in Dedham, had their first child, daughter Elizabeth, in 1681, and named a son Nathaniel. Matthias Smith and wife Elizabeth lived in Boston, had first son Samuel born 1686, and his will in 1715 (Suffolk Probate, Vol. 18, p. 459) doesn't mention a wife (she apparently died 4 Feb 1708/09) or any son named Nathaniel. Neither death record carries an age at death.
