27 Sep 1754 - At the Request of the Revd John Eversfield the following Deed was Recorded this 27th day of September Anno Domini 1754. This Indenture made the 26th day of Sept Anno Domini One Thousand Seven Hundred fifty and four Between Thomas Swann Senior of Prince George's County & Thomas Swann Junior of Saint Mary's County in the Province of Maryland Planters of the one Part and the Revd John Eversfield of Prince Georges County in the same Province Clerk of the other Part Witnesseth that the said Thomas Swann Senior and Thomas Swann Junior for an in consideration of the Sum of Thirteen pounds Sterling Money of Great Britain and also the Sum of Eleven Hundred and fifty four pounds of Crop Tobacco to them well and Truly paid at and before the Ensealing and Delivery of these presents the Receipt they do herby Acknowledge and themselves fully Satisfyed Contented and paid and thereof and every Part thereof do hereby Absolutely Requitt and discharge the said John Eversfield his Heirs and Executors & Administrators Have give Granted Bargain'd and sold and by these presents do give Grant Bargain and sell unto the said John Eversfield all the tract or Parcell of Land in Prince Georges County Called the forest and whereon the said Thomas Swann Senior lately dwelt.
