Following several weeks illness as a result of a paralytic stroke, Mrs. Eliza Neal, widow of Gideon Neal, died at 1 o'clock this afternoon at the residence. Surviving are four daughters, including Miss Elizabeth Neal of Paris and one son. She was married to GIDEON NEAL on December 24, 1892 in Coles County, Illinois. GIDEON NEAL was born on November 3, 1870 in Owen County, Indiana. He died on May 17, 1942 in Paris, Edgar County, Illinois.
