    Will of "Elisha Wilber of Westmoreland", dated 20 Dec 1834, codicil 28 Sep 1835, proved first Tuesday Jan 1836, names wife Jerusha Wilber; daughters Lintha, Sally & Clarintha; daughter Lorena & son Barna Wilber; daughter Matilda Winchester; son Isaac; heirs of late son Amasa; grand children Ashley and Levi Winchester. John Foster of Keene to be executor.
    20 Oct 1835: John Foster declines executorship.
    3 Nov 1835: Petition of Jerusha Wilbur widow of Elisha Wilber late of Westmoreland decased that John Foster declined executorship, she declines, and requests Samuel Winchester of Westmoreland as administrator.
