    Will of Elisha Rich, dated 2 Dec 1862, proved 6 Jan 1863, names wife Caroline G Rich; brothers and sisters children including Mrs Mary Ann Wilson and her children, Mrs Sophia roadh formerly Sophia Alexander to wit children of my sister Lucinda Gale, children of my brother Charles Rich, children of my sister Mary Davis, children of my brother Jacob rich, children of my sister Olive Hall unless she be living, children of my brother Reuben Rich except his son Aldis, children of my brother David Rich, children of my sister Eliza Culber, children of my brother Ebenezer Rich. Name of executor left blank.
    6 Jan 1863: Petition of Caroline Rich & Maury Saben that Elisha Rich late of Winchester died leaving a will with no executor named and request Maury Saben be appointed administrator.
    16 May 1865, 18 Jul 1865: Petition that income of estate insufficient to support his widow Caroline G. Rich, now Caroline G. Tupper, requests permission to sell real estate.
