Eleanor Householder

UPPER SANDUSKY -- Eleanor Mae Householder, formerly of 555 Dolly Ave., Upp er Sandusky, died at the Wyandot CO Skilled Nursing Center on Sunday, Apr il 18, 2004 at 1:35 p.m. She was 83 years old.

Born on May 8, 1920 in Fostoria, she was the daughter of Arthur and Ora (H enning) Sowers. She married Robert R Householder on July 19, 1939 in I N. He died on Sept. 17, 1980. Mrs. Householder is survived by three daught ers, Mrs. Ed (Sharyn) Warfel, Upper Sandusky; Mrs. Thomas (Sue) Smith, Del aware OH; and Mrs. James (Marsha) Swinehart, Wooster; two sisters, Mrs. R ichard (Elizabeth) Miller, Defiance; and Mrs. Paul (Jean) Steyer, Fostori a; and one deceased sister, Dorothy L Chaplin. She has eight grandchildr en and eight great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Householder was a 1938 graduate of Fostoria High School and a 1941 gr aduate of the Maumee Valley School of Nursing, Toledo. She was a R.N at Fo storia City Hospital and Wyandot Memorial Hospital. She was the owner of M idwest OH Tool CO She was a member of the John Stewart United Methodist Ch urch and the United Methodist Women's Circle. She was a past member of t he O.E.S Warpole Chapter 366 and the Alpha Chapter of Tri-Sigma Sororit

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Bringman-Clark and CO F uneral Home, Upper Sandusky, the Rev. Wayne Geissinger officiating. Buri al will be in Oak Hill Cemetery, Upper Sandusky.

Visitation will be held from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral hom e.
