Edgerton - Edwin Tefft, 87, broom maker, who had spent most of his life in this vicinity, died in the Rock county home early Saturday morning. He was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. C. R. Tefft, who brought him here when as pioneers they came from their home in Rhode Island, where he was born. His wife died several years ago. Surviving are a brother, Charles, of Rockford, and several cousins in Albion. Funeral services will be held at 2 p. m. Monday in the Tellefson funeral home here with the Rev. Charles Thorngate of the Seventh day Baptist church at Albion officiating. Burial will be in the Albion cemetery.
