    Born October 8, 1947 in Weed, CA, passed away January 21, 2009 in Sacramento, CA. Survived by Ian, Megan, Rosalie and Lydia Shannon and Ronnie Scott and a number of brothers and sisters. Eddie was a US Army veteran very active in the NRA. He was a longtime resident of Sacramento. Services will be held Thursday, February 5, 2009 at 11am at Lombard & Company Funeral Directors, 1550 Fulton Ave., Sacramento, CA 95825, (916) 483-3297. Interment to follow at Sacramento Valley VA National Cemetery, Dixon, CA.
