Fryer and Henry Robie, they to choose a third. Pub. ho. lic. 1663-1675. In 1666 he gave a bond to Philip Chesley, sr., wit. by his servant Christopher Snell; the next yr. Joanna Chesley test. ab. 'Mr. West coming up to our ho.' and borrowing a canoe. Sued Rowland Flansell and Christopher Banfield for forf. of a bond in Me. ct. 1667; ag. ± 29 in Dec. 1668; sued by Richard Wharton 1671; wit. ag. David Campbell 1673. Called Sergt. 1673. … Inv.
