    MIGRATION: 1635 on the Susan & Ellen (on 13 April 1635, "Edward Weeden," aged 22, was enrolled at London as a passenger for New England on the Susan & Ellen [Hotten 59].
    OCCUPATION: Carpenter [SLR 8:51].
    BIRTH: About 1613 (aged 22 on 13 April 1635 [Hotten 59].
    DEATH: By December 18, 1679 (date of administration of estate [SPR 12:331]).

    Edward Weeden may … have come to New England as a servant of Robert Keayne. Even after his marriage to Elizabeth Cole, Weeden apparently continued to work for Keayne, and perhaps resided on his farm at Rumney Marsh, as there is no evidence that he held any land of his own untile recieving the 1666 bequest from his father-in-law (who had by that time married Keayne's widow).
