Will of EDWARD ROWZIE.
To son, Edward Rowzie 400 acres of land lying at the head of Occapacie when he comes of age. To sons Lodowick and John Rowzie my land I know Live Upon to be Equally divided among they as they Come of Age.
To my daughters Sarah Rowzie & Elizabeth Rowzie 1000 acres of land that lyeth in the Freshes of Rappac. River at the South side to be Equally divided between them when they Come of Age or When they are Married wch. of them shall First Happen.
To daughter Sarah Rowzie my Black Mare & all her Increase only the first Mare fole she brings I give unto my Daughter Elizabeth Rowzie & her increase.
To wife Mary Rowzie a Horse the Choice of them which She pleaseth & further it is my will that all my personal Estate be brought to an Appraisement within foure months after my decease the mare & Horse only excepted as aforesaid & my Estate to be prized in money Sterling, my Debts & funerall expences first paid & then all my personall Estate to be equally divided between my Wife & Children according to Law.
