Gent'n", dated 5 May 1732, proved 30 Nov 1732 ["Edward Mills the other Executor being out of the Province in parts beyond Seas"], names wife Ruth ["things as I had with her upon Marriage"], son Edward Mills Jun'r ["two Negroes namely Jack and Dinah", mentions "my Negro Brantrey" who is given a bed]. Wife Ruth Mills and only son Edward Mills Jun'r to be executors; friends Thomas Cushing Esq'r and Thomas Cushing Jun'r of Boston to be overseers.
