He was a minister with the Plymouth Brethern, Birmingham, Warwickshire, England at the Graham Street Chapel. In 1886 Charles Kelly visited his wife, Catherine, who was living on Victoria St, at the back of the Graham Street Chapel. She had married a man by the name of Pallett, who was the minister of the chapel at that time.
