    22 Nov 1709: Petition of Samuell Convers Juner that "whereas Edward Convers Dyed Intestate at Woobourn on the 28th [sic] of July 1692 ... left his Widow Sarah Convers, with three smale Chillderen Namely Sam'll Convers Anne Convers and Sarah Convers, in sum time after the Widow took Administration on the Estate of the Deceased And Continued Several years And at length Dyed with out rendering Any Accompt of Her Administration ... now the childeren of the deceased being legaly Capable to Act for them selves, do mutually Agree of a division of what is remaining of the Estate ... they the Said Samuell Convers, Anna Convers and Sarah Convers, the only surviving childeren of the Deceased have hereunto set there hands ..."
