Represents to your Hon'r that the said Israell Whitney was Adm'r on the Estate of his Brother Ebenezer Whitney late of Worcester in said county Physician Dec'd", and shows a balance of £10=10=1. A note on the reverse says, "The heirs are Eben'r Whitney children:
