Given their respective dates of marriage, it would seem likely that Susanna was born before Ebenezer, and probably was the eldest child, Joshua being second about 1765, and then (possibly) Ebenezer. A birth in 1768 would make him 28 at time of marriage, so his birth could have been later, but 1768 is suggested to allow room for all the sibling births. Vinton says, "I find no record of their children", and in the whole family there seems to be only a couple of ages at death to anchor the birth order.
