    Will of "Ebenezer Phelps of Marlborough ... yeoman being much advanced in age and in the Decline of life", dated 29 Oct 1787, proved, names "all my Children (viz) my son Stephen Phelps Jacob Phelps & Putman Phelps and my Daughters (viz) Mary Johnson & Anna Phelps", "my Late Dece'd Wife", son Stephen to be executor.
