    Will of "Ebenezer Nelson of Plymouth ... yeoman", dated 10 Dec 1803, proved 8 Aug 1809, names daughter Ruth Nelson; land which my father Samuel Nelson purchased; sons Ebnezer, Hezekiah, Thomas, William; granddaughter Lucy Nelson Daughter of my son Samuel Nelson deceased; grandson Lemuel Nelson son of my Son Samuel Nelson deceased; Grand Daughter Ruth Jackson Nelson Daughter of my Son Hezekiah; Grandsons Elisha Nelson son of my son Ebenezer & Samuel Nelson son of my son Hezekiah. Ebenezer and Hezekiah executors.
    Codicil dated 19 Aug 1806, son Hezekiah deceased, so Ebenezer given a bigger portion in view that he is to pay all debts, care for sister Ruth, etc. by himself, made sole executor.
    3 Sep 1809: Warrant to divide real estate.
