"May 29, 1683, Ann Lamb of New London bought back from Henry Stevens of Stonington four years of the time of her son Ebenezer who had been bound out to Stevens. If this was until twenty-one, then Ebenezer was born about 1666 (Witnessed by Thomas Lamb's mark - Stonington records). … Apparently the widow and children left New London. … Ebenezer may have staid, as his marriage in 1690 is the first Lamb record about New London after 1683."
